Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Compass, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance from their initial onboarding and throughout their journey with us. This role is integral to our Customer Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of real estate agents by providing comprehensive assistance and fostering strong relationships.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of high-touch clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You will promote the adoption of Compass's technology and services by offering personalized support, strategic recommendations, and conducting group training sessions. Additionally, you will provide essential marketing support by creating collateral from templates, such as listing presentations and postcards, and coordinating with marketing specialists for more complex requests.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations. Previous experience in real estate is advantageous. Proficiency with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for supporting clients in growing their businesses are essential. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site during standard operating hours.
