Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they successfully onboard, adopt Trustpilot's platform effectively, and achieve measurable value. This role is pivotal in driving strong business adoption and maintaining high gross renewal rates, with a focus on customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Key responsibilities include leading post-sale onboarding and setup, driving measurable business adoption across your customer portfolio, proactively identifying and addressing customer health risks to maintain high renewal rates, and acting as the first line for customer issues related to onboarding, usage, or product value. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing to identify case study and testimonial opportunities, and with the product team to share structured customer feedback that informs roadmap improvements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels are essential, along with technical confidence to guide customers through setup and best practices. A good understanding of the digital advertising or search marketing industry is preferred.
Trustpilot offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a range of flexible working options, 20 vacation days plus additional personal and paid holidays, and two paid volunteering days annually.
