Customer Success & Office Coordinator
As a Customer Success & Office Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our Winchester, MA office. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, overseeing mail distribution, setting up in-office events, and providing initial support for office-related needs. Maintaining the office's appearance, managing supply inventories, and addressing facility issues are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will assist clients in adopting Compass's technology and services by offering personalized support and facilitating marketing requests.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate and familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for fostering community within the office are essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently during standard office hours.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $26.00, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units.
