Customer Support Engineer-Level 1
Celonis is seeking a Customer Support Engineer-Level 1 to join our Support Services team in Bangalore, India. As a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis provides innovative solutions to optimize business processes. The Support Services team operates a three-level support model, ensuring efficient and effective assistance to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues related to the Celonis Platform. Your day-to-day activities will include providing in-depth technical support across various product areas, managing and resolving complex tickets in accordance with ITSM processes, and collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams to qualify and address problems or defects. Additionally, you will participate in regular Root Cause Analysis cycles to enhance our support knowledge base and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives. This position requires participation in a 24x7 support model.
The ideal candidate will have an educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer, particularly in handling complex technical issues, is preferred. A fundamental understanding of heterogeneous Linux/Unix systems is essential, along with knowledge in areas such as SSO, JKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Python, and Java. Experience with database systems and SQL, as well as familiarity with AWS and/or MS Azure, is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
