In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via telephone, face-to-face interactions, and email. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining customer confidentiality, addressing and resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our financial products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting customer interactions and generating reports on complaints and requests.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of a D3 degree and at least one year of experience in customer support, call center, or contact center roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. The ideal candidate will be under 30 years of age and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
