The Data Analyst I will be responsible for validating and verifying data by performing detailed comparisons of algorithm-generated output against original patient records. Key tasks include assessing the accuracy of extracted medical data, identifying and documenting discrepancies, and reporting any missing information. The analyst will also contribute to quality assurance by providing actionable feedback to the Data Science Team to enhance algorithm performance.

Candidates should have a strong background or familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and clinical data, including laboratory reports, vital signs, procedures, and treatments. A commitment to accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. Educational qualifications include degrees in Nursing, Pharmacy, Food and Nutrition, Life Sciences, or Medical Laboratory Technology, along with knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology.

Cohere Health offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and performance-based bonuses.
