Data Analyst II
Echodyne Corp is seeking a Data Analyst II to join its team in Kirkland, Washington. The company specializes in compact solid-state beam-steering radar systems designed for various applications, including autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft, and critical infrastructure security. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data from field tests and deployments, contributing to the enhancement of radar system performance.
The Data Analyst II will be responsible for cleaning, formatting, transforming, and validating data collected from field tests and customer deployments. Key duties include labeling targets to improve datasets for classification model development, applying statistical analysis to evaluate radar performance, identifying anomalies, and generating comprehensive reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining Python-based data processing pipelines and supporting root cause investigations to diagnose system-level issues.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. A solid background in statistics and experience analyzing structured and unstructured datasets are essential. Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience in data processing and visualization tools, is required. Strong spatial reasoning skills and familiarity with 3D geometry concepts are also important. A bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in statistics, math, data science, engineering, or physics, is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $104,030 to $155,839 annually.
