Demand Marketing & Events Specialist (Contract)

SmartRecruiters, an SAP company, is seeking a Demand Marketing & Events Specialist (Contract) to join our global marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and quality-assuring campaigns across various tools, maintaining up-to-date trackers and calendars, coordinating briefs and approvals between departments, and supporting reporting on key metrics. Additionally, you'll assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events across Europe, managing operational details such as invitations, venue coordination, and post-event follow-up. Your role will also involve translating and adapting marketing assets from English to German (with French as a plus), ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and locally relevant.

The ideal candidate will possess native or near-native proficiency in German and English, with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. A strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within SaaS or enterprise software, is essential, along with hands-on experience in event or field marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Marketo or Salesforce, is also required. Candidates should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
