Axon is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the seamless implementation of its hardware and software solutions for law enforcement agencies. As the primary customer contact, this role collaborates with internal teams to drive efficient deployments, manage timelines, and resolve challenges. The Deployment Manager must have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of Axon products and IT processes, and the ability to align business and technical stakeholders for successful solution deployment.

Key responsibilities include orchestrating multiple-product deployments of all Axon hardware or software products, serving as the primary point of contact for customers—including technology users and decision-makers at law enforcement agencies—and collaborating with internal deployment teams to ensure seamless implementations and organized timelines. The Deployment Manager will also provide structure and clarity where there is ambiguity in customer needs and implementation processes, document customer issues, provide feedback to leaders and other key stakeholders, maintain internal project dashboards and communication, and identify, manage, and escalate risks to ensure end-to-end success of the implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of project deployment and coordination experience, preferably in complex environments. Experience utilizing technical project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion is essential. Thorough knowledge of Axon products is preferred. Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a track record of aligning stakeholders and driving fast-moving, rapidly changing projects under tight deadlines, are crucial. The candidate should also have the ability to effectively manage and handle multiple concurrent projects, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to structure projects and align stakeholders. Enthusiasm and commitment to Axon's mission, core values, and program mission are important, as is a willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments.

Axon offers a competitive salary and 401k with employer match, discretionary paid time off, a robust parental leave policy, an award-winning office/working environment, medical, dental, and vision plans, fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and opportunities to ride along with police officers to see them use Axon's technology and get inspired. Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.

Axon fosters a fast-paced, challenging, and meaningful work environment where employees take ownership and drive real change. The company encourages constant growth as employees work hard for a mission that matters at a company where they matter.
