The Design Manager at Compass will lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, fostering collaboration and encouraging creativity that challenges industry norms. This role involves developing and overseeing innovative corporate marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The Design Manager will spearhead large-scale projects and events, ensuring seamless execution while efficiently delegating tasks across the team. Additionally, they will partner with internal stakeholders to bring fresh ideas to life, aligning with brand goals and market trends.

Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the design team, leading weekly meetings, and promoting a collaborative environment. The Design Manager will develop and oversee cutting-edge corporate marketing campaigns, spearhead large-scale projects and events, and collaborate strategically with internal stakeholders. They will also own and evolve the use of AI across creative and design processes, define standards and best practices for AI integration, and coach the design team in advanced AI-assisted design methods. Ensuring all corporate marketing materials are visually compelling and strategically aligned, providing initial design feedback, and managing project timelines and deliverables are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate is a creative risk-taker who challenges the status quo and redefines corporate marketing in real estate. They should have experience managing and motivating designers, helping them grow while maintaining high creative standards. Effective collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to work closely with leadership and incorporate strategic input while maintaining a strong design perspective. The candidate should have experience leading large-scale campaigns and projects from concept to completion, including delegation and resource management. A deep understanding of branding, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling is also required.

The base pay range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
