Desk Collection

is seeking a Desk Collection professional to join our dynamic team. As a leading fintech company, we are committed to providing innovative financial solutions to our customers. This role is integral to maintaining our financial health and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective debt recovery processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for contacting customers via telephone to collect outstanding debts, reviewing customer accounts to identify unpaid balances, and negotiating payment deadlines or repayment plans. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve discrepancies to build trust with debtors and prevent future issues. Proactively developing collection strategies and adhering to company policies and procedures are also key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience as a Desk Collection agent, with prior experience in the fintech industry being advantageous. Strong creative thinking skills are essential for negotiating payments and repayment methods with customers. Experience in bucket recovery is a plus, as is familiarity with collection strategies and team KPIs. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is crucial. Candidates must be willing to be based in Central Jakarta.
