Candidates should have at least six months of experience as a Desk Collection officer. Experience in the fintech industry and in bucket recovery is advantageous. Applicants must be creative in negotiating payments and repayment methods, familiar with collection strategies and team KPIs, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to be stationed in Central Jakarta is required.
