Digital Marketing Manager
Kapitus is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition through search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to expanding our reach and enhancing our digital presence.
In this position, you will manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various search engines, as well as retargeting and video campaigns across multiple ad networks. Collaborating with design and front-end development teams, you will build and optimize online acquisition paths. Your responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing SEM campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), conducting experiments to improve performance, and staying updated on the latest search marketing trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing online acquisitions through effective campaign management and path design. You should possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing AdWords, Bing Ads, retargeting, display, and programmatic/RTB campaigns, with previous experience overseeing annual budgets upwards of $13 million. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience supervising search marketing and design teams, and be proficient with tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, Google Analytics, and Optimizely. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Kapitus offers a competitive base salary range of $74,600 to $119,700, with eligibility for an annual incentive compensation of up to 10%.
