Digital Marketing Specialist
Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and develop the Digital Performance team, managing all paid marketing channels. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing media buying and paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey, conducting data analysis for audience targeting, performing A/B testing to improve campaign performance, and establishing new partnerships with paid media platforms.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in media buying and optimization on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Appsflyer, and Firebase is essential. The ideal candidate is a result-driven, independent thinker with superior numerical skills and a passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment.
