Digital Performance Marketing Manager
a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online, enabling users to make informed decisions without the need to visit a bank physically.
As a Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing various online marketing channels to promote our financial products to targeted audiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include acquiring customers while maintaining a healthy Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conducting primary research to uncover current trends in personal finance across digital channels such as app installs, affiliate marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the online customer journey to enhance user experience on our mobile apps and website, translating marketing data into actionable business insights and decisions.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from a reputable university with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics. We are looking for a results-driven, independent thinker with superior numerical, financial, and technological skills. Experience in performing data analysis and reporting using SQL and BI tools is preferable. A strong eagerness to work in a creative and collaborative environment, conducting iterative experiments to improve marketing performance, is essential. Additionally, a willingness to learn, implement, and utilize various marketing technologies to scale and optimize company marketing activities is highly valued.
