The Director, Enterprise Business Operations at Axon will be a strategic leader responsible for optimizing business processes and supporting operational excellence across the organization. The Director will oversee the identification and implementation of best practices, operational tools, and performance metrics tailored to meet business objectives. This position will also act as a key advisor to executive leadership, provide actionable insights through data-driven analysis, and drive continuous improvements across commercial, customer success, and business operations teams.
Candidates should have substantial experience in business operations, project management, and change management at the director level or higher. An ability to influence cross-functional partners, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong track record of implementing operational transformation in growing, matrixed organizations are required. Preferably, candidates will possess experience in high-tech, SaaS, or enterprise environments and a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree.
