Axon is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead a high-impact team responsible for the company's annual budget process, corporate planning system administration, and serving as the finance business partner to SG&A functions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values agility, initiative, and creative thinking.

Key responsibilities include building and developing a world-class FP&A team, owning the annual budget process, partnering with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks, evaluating and standardizing processes and controls, leveraging technology to drive efficiencies, providing real-time information to business partners to ensure EBITDA goals are met, designing and coordinating the monthly budget vs. actual process, overseeing Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes, developing reporting packages and dashboards, and assisting with Board and C-Team presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting, with a minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics in a dynamic environment. A hands-on leadership approach, experience building and managing a team, a strong work ethic, and excellent analytical and communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning, and Workday is also required.
