The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Axon will lead a high-impact team responsible for the company's annual budget process, administration of the corporate planning system, and serving as the finance business partner to the SG&A functions. This role is pivotal in refining strategic outlooks and supporting funding requests across the organization.

Key responsibilities include building and developing a world-class FP&A team, owning the annual budget process, and evaluating and driving standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions. The Director will leverage technology to drive efficiencies across finance and accounting functions, provide real-time information to business partners to ensure delivery of EBITDA goals, and oversee the company's Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes. Additionally, the role involves developing reporting packages and dashboards, as well as assisting with Board and C-Team presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting, with a minimum of 10 years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics in a dynamic environment. A hands-on leadership approach, ability to manage multiple competing interests, and a strong emphasis on employee development are essential. Experience with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning, and Workday is preferred, along with excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
