Axon is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Credit and Collections to lead worldwide credit risk and order-to-cash operations. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping global credit strategy, driving organizational transformation in cash collections, and managing a team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer invoicing experience and ensure seamless execution globally.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing internal controls and processes to ensure accurate billing tailored to customer requirements. The Director will lead process and technology enhancements, working across departments to identify and implement optimal solutions. Additionally, the role involves defining and executing change management programs to minimize business disruption and clearly delineate roles and responsibilities. Overseeing escalated collections strategies for high-value or complex customer accounts and championing automation initiatives to modernize collections workflows globally are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics, with over 12 years of experience in Global Credit and Collections, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong program and change management expertise, experience in large-scale process transformation and technology implementation projects, and outstanding communication skills are essential. Proficiency with CRM platform and a solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, are preferred. The candidate should be highly collaborative, data-driven, proactive, and capable of managing global teams across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
