Axon is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Global Credit and Collections to lead worldwide credit risk and order-to-cash operations. This leadership role involves shaping global credit strategy, driving organizational transformation over cash collections, and managing a team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels, influencing senior stakeholders while ensuring flawless execution globally.

Key responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of customer quotes, orders, contracts, revenue, and billing schedules, and the unique variety of solutions Axon offers its customers. The Director will partner with key stakeholders to implement internal controls and processes to drive accurate billing for customers based on their unique requirements. Additionally, the role involves leading the delivery of process and technology enhancements, working cross-functionally to identify and recommend optimal solutions, and defining and delivering change management programs to stakeholders to ensure minimal business disruption as process and technology changes are implemented.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics, with 12+ years of experience in Global Credit and Collections, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong program and change management expertise, experience leading large-scale process transformation and technology implementation projects, and outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency with CRM platform (SF Billing and CPQ preferred) and a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, are also required.
