Peloton is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Analytics leader to drive the strategic vision for our global marketing measurement framework and investment allocation. This role involves overseeing our global learning agenda, experimentation roadmap, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and the evolution of privacy-safe, customer-centric measurement, including clean rooms, identity solutions, and emerging AI capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing Analytics, this position is based onsite in our New York, NY office, requiring in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday each week.

Key responsibilities include elevating the global measurement and investment strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and optimizing KPIs across markets and channels. The role involves allocating and optimizing media investment using mix modeling, experimentation, and forward-looking analytical frameworks. Additionally, the director will guide Peloton's MMM program, manage both external partners and in-house modeling to deliver integrated, high-quality insights, and lead the evolution of privacy-safe, customer-centric insights through clean rooms and cross-platform identity solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or related fields, with deep expertise in testing, measurement, and MMM. A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a similar field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams is essential. Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling using R, Python, or similar tools, along with strong experience in designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B tests and geo-based tests, is necessary. Familiarity with clean rooms, privacy-safe audience analysis, and identity-based measurement environments, as well as experience working with media platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, is also required.

Peloton offers a competitive base salary range of $244,000 to $310,900, along with annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
