Director, Marketing Analytics
Chime is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead and expand its Marketing Analytics function during a pivotal growth phase. This role involves setting the strategic direction for marketing analytics and guiding a high-performing team in utilizing descriptive analytics, modeling, and experimentation to provide insights that inform marketing and executive leadership decisions.
Key responsibilities include driving business outcomes by delivering actionable analyses, setting and implementing the vision and strategy for the Marketing Analytics team, leading and mentoring a team of marketing analysts, and improving team processes using AI. The role also involves owning the company's marketing reporting and analysis across various channels, building scalable reporting infrastructure and self-serve tools, employing methodologies like MMM and experimental design to estimate incremental impact, and translating complex analyses into clear executive-level recommendations.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in analytics or a related quantitative field, with at least 8 years in Marketing Analytics within a B2C technology company. A results-oriented mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of using data to drive measurable business impact, experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, deep expertise in marketing measurement, strong SQL proficiency, and proficiency in BI and visualization tools are essential.
The base salary for this role ranges from $217,000 to $300,000, with full-time employees also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
