Key responsibilities include managing the marketing technology stack, optimizing demand generation processes through automated workflows and nurturing programs, and analyzing key metrics to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. The role also involves overseeing the technical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring data governance and compliance, and identifying opportunities for advanced automation to enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Go-To-Market, Product Management, and Customer Success is essential to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations within a SaaS environment, with proven success in leveraging marketing automation to drive impact and scalability. Expertise in marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo, and familiarity with tools like Eloqua, Salesforce, and Qualified are highly desirable. A strategic and analytical mindset, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English are essential. Proficiency in German and/or French is considered an advantage.
