Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales
As the Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that both new and existing team members are equipped to perform with confidence and clarity, thereby fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence within the Enterprise Sales organization.
Your primary responsibilities include designing and delivering top-tier onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration, developing learning and upskilling initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs, and managing knowledge systems by creating and maintaining documentation and best-practice libraries. Additionally, you will identify process gaps, drive operational improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless business operations and team success.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in business operations, program management, or learning and development, preferably in a creative, technology, or high-growth environment. You should demonstrate expertise in leading onboarding and training initiatives, possess strong communication skills to influence diverse audiences, and exhibit a proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new technologies, including generative AI tools.
