Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales
As Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that both new and existing team members are equipped to perform with confidence and clarity, thereby fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence within the Enterprise Sales division.
Your primary responsibilities include designing and delivering top-tier onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration, developing learning and upskilling initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs, and managing knowledge management systems by creating and maintaining documentation, playbooks, and best-practice libraries. Additionally, you will identify process gaps, drive operational excellence by optimizing internal workflows and collaboration practices, and support other business operations priorities such as customer success activities and internal tools projects.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in business operations, program management, or learning and development, preferably within a creative, technology, or high-growth environment. Demonstrated expertise in leading onboarding and training initiatives from concept to execution, a proven track record of delivering process improvements and managing complex projects, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new technologies, including generative AI tools, are essential.
