The Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs to empower new and existing team members. This role is pivotal in scaling the Enterprise business's expertise, integrating new talent, and fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence. The Director will serve as a connector between people, processes, and performance, ensuring that the team operates with confidence and clarity.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering top-tier onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration, leading learning and upskilling initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs, and managing knowledge management systems by creating and maintaining documentation and best-practice libraries. The role also involves identifying process gaps, driving operational excellence through workflow optimization, and supporting other business operations priorities such as customer success activities and internal tools projects. Additionally, the Director will act as a key cross-functional partner, ensuring tight alignment and communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in business operations, program management, learning and development, or related fields, preferably within creative, technology, or high-growth environments. Demonstrated expertise in leading onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives from concept to execution is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering process improvements, managing complex projects, and driving cross-functional programs to success. Exceptional communication skills, a proactive and curious mindset, and proficiency in leveraging new technologies, including generative AI tools, are also required.
