Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales
As Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that both new and existing team members are equipped to perform effectively, fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence within the Enterprise Sales division.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering top-tier onboarding experiences to accelerate new hire integration, developing learning and upskilling initiatives to meet evolving business needs, and managing knowledge systems by creating and maintaining essential documentation and best-practice libraries. Additionally, you will identify and address process gaps, optimize internal workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to support seamless business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in business operations, program management, or learning and development, preferably within creative, technology, or high-growth environments. Demonstrated expertise in leading training and knowledge management initiatives, a strong operational mindset with a track record of process improvements, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies, including generative AI tools, are essential.
