As Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in business operations, program management, or learning and development, preferably within creative, technology, or high-growth environments. Demonstrated expertise in leading training and knowledge management initiatives, a strong operational mindset with a track record of process improvements, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies, including generative AI tools, are essential.
