Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales
As Director of Enablement, Enterprise Sales at Axon, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding, training, and knowledge management programs. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that both new and existing team members are equipped to perform effectively, thereby fostering a culture of growth and operational excellence within the Enterprise Sales division.
Your primary responsibilities include designing and delivering top-tier onboarding programs to expedite new hire integration and maintain consistent, high-quality experiences. You will develop and lead learning initiatives that enable the Enterprise organization to adapt to evolving business needs. Additionally, you will build and manage knowledge management systems, including documentation, playbooks, and best-practice libraries. Identifying process gaps and driving operational excellence through the optimization of internal workflows and collaboration practices are also key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in business operations, program management, learning and development, or related fields, preferably within creative, technology, or high-growth environments. Demonstrated expertise in leading onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives from concept to execution is essential. Strong operational skills, a proven track record in process improvement, and exceptional communication abilities are required. A proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new technologies, including generative AI tools, is highly valued.
