Director of Operations

The Director of Operations at PLS is responsible for leading a regional team to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple store locations. This role involves collaborating with District Managers to meet company objectives and uphold policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include overseeing customer service delivery, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Director will coach District Managers to set and achieve operational goals, develop strategies to enhance regional performance, and prepare annual budgets. Regular store visits are essential to maintain operational standards and address any issues promptly.

Candidates should have at least eight years of multi-unit or regional management experience in industries such as retail, financial services, restaurant, or hospitality. Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and experience in collections and computer operations are required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.
