Director of Partnerships, NT Connect
The Director of Partnerships for NT Connect at NinjaTrader will lead the growth and development of the NT Connect partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in launching and scaling a new B2B business aimed at empowering new entrants into the derivatives space. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team at NinjaTrader, an industry-leading trading platform and futures broker committed to innovation and trader empowerment.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the partnership strategy for NT Connect, sourcing and closing new B2B partnerships with both established brokers and new entrants, and building a scalable partner acquisition model. The role also involves establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships with partners, leading partnership negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner experience. Additionally, the Director will drive partner performance, represent NT Connect at industry events, and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within B2B fintech or brokerage. A deep understanding of the futures industry, FCM operations, and the Introducing Broker model is preferred. The role requires demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and scaling complex B2B partnerships, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent presentation and communication abilities. A commercial mindset and the ability to craft compelling value propositions for diverse partners are essential.
The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $195,000, with an annual target bonus of 15%.
