Director of Product, Trader Engagement
The Director of Product, Trader Engagement at NinjaTrader will lead the product vision and strategy for the Trader Engagement vertical, focusing on enhancing user engagement and retention. This role aims to provide product experiences that empower traders of all levels to build confidence and achieve their personal trading goals. By increasing user engagement, the Director will convert demo users into funded traders and cultivate a community of active, confident users.
Key responsibilities include driving the overall product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and integrating AI-powered experiences throughout the trader journey. The Director will set organizational goals for engagement, conversion, and retention, translating them into a coherent, quarterly roadmap. Leading and developing a team of Product Managers, the role emphasizes establishing a high-performance culture grounded in product excellence and customer empathy. Additionally, the Director will design and implement experiments to test growth and engagement hypotheses, establishing clear metrics and feedback loops to scale successful initiatives.
Candidates should have over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading product teams. A proven track record in growing engagement, conversion, or retention product lines at scale is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience using data to guide product decisions, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. An entrepreneurial mindset and a team-first mentality, with the ability to mentor peers and influence without authority, are also important.
The position offers a salary range of $180,000 to $230,000, with an annual target bonus of 15%.
