The Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts (Southeast) at Axon leads a team of Account Executives focused on the company's most strategic U.S. State & Local Law Enforcement agencies. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Axon's comprehensive ecosystem, including TASER devices, sensors, software, AI, and real-time operations, to transform community protection.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent, setting clear expectations for territory planning and pipeline management, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The director is also responsible for building and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan, defining account segmentation, and driving multi-product, multi-year enterprise agreements.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, with at least 5 years leading frontline sales teams. Proven success in complex, multi-product environments, particularly in SaaS, hardware, or public sector technology, is essential. Experience selling to public sector entities, especially State & Local Law Enforcement, is highly desirable.
