The Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts (Southeast) at Axon will lead a team of Account Executives focused on the company's most strategic U.S. State and Local Law Enforcement agencies. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Axon's comprehensive ecosystem, including TASER devices, sensors, software, AI, and real-time operations, to enhance community protection.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent, establishing a high-performance culture, and setting clear expectations for territory planning and pipeline management. The director will build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, define account segmentation, and drive multi-product, multi-year enterprise agreements. Additionally, the role involves owning forecast accuracy, establishing disciplined pipeline standards, and leading strategic deals and customer relationships.

Candidates should have over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise or strategic sales, with at least 5 years leading frontline sales teams. Proven success in complex, multi-product environments, particularly in SaaS, hardware and software, or public sector technology, is essential. Experience selling to public sector entities, ideally State and Local Law Enforcement, is highly preferred. Strong operational discipline, excellent executive presence, and high learning agility are also required.
