The Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts (Southeast) at Axon will lead a team of Account Executives focused on the company's most strategic U.S. State and Local Law Enforcement agencies. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Axon's comprehensive ecosystem, including TASER devices, sensors, software, AI, and real-time operations solutions, to enhance community protection.

Key responsibilities include managing bookings and revenue performance for the T1200 segment, developing and executing strategic account plans, and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders within complex sales cycles. The director will also champion multi-product, multi-year enterprise agreements and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise or strategic sales, with at least 5 years leading frontline sales teams. A proven track record in high-performing sales environments, particularly within SaaS, hardware-software, or public sector technology, is essential. Experience selling to public sector entities, especially State and Local Law Enforcement, is highly desirable.
