Director, Product Finance

The Director of Product Finance at Axon 911 will serve as a strategic finance leader, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is pivotal in building the financial foundation necessary to scale next-generation emergency response technology, guiding investment decisions, and shaping the future of the Axon 911 business.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models that inform strategic decision-making, partnering with functional leaders to analyze performance and evaluate investments, and translating complex data into clear financial recommendations for executives. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives such as long-term planning and market analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to align financial strategy with business priorities, and influencing pricing strategies in partnership with the Product team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate development, with advanced financial modeling expertise and experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments. They should be comfortable influencing executive-level stakeholders, operating in ambiguous environments, and translating strategy into operational plans. An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success in this role.

Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package, including a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and company equity. The starting base annual pay for this role ranges between $220,000 and $260,000, depending on geographic market and other factors.
