Director, Site Analytics and Experimentation (Remote)
The Director of Site Analytics and Experimentation at ezCater is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's data-driven optimization ecosystem. This position focuses on site analytics, behavioral insights, and experimentation across all customer and supplier experiences. The role serves as the central point for understanding user interactions, from discovery and conversion to fulfillment and delivery.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end site analytics and performance trends, designing and executing advanced statistical models to understand user behavior, and overseeing A/B/n test results to guide design and feature decisions. The director will also establish and maintain data governance frameworks, lead executive-level metric reviews, and influence the technical roadmap for data tooling. Additionally, the role involves leading and developing a team of analysts and data scientists, setting strategic roadmaps for data insights, and integrating AI/ML to enhance site personalization and predictive customer segmentation.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in digital product, web analytics, or data science leadership within a B2B/B2C technology, e-commerce, or marketplace company. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of product analysts and data scientists is essential. Expertise in AI/ML techniques, proficiency with modern data stacks such as SQL, Python/R, and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, as well as familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Adobe Analytics, are required. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to influence product and business strategy are also important.
The compensation for this role ranges from $248,000 to $345,000 annually, including base salary and bonus.
