The Director of Talent Acquisition at Agility Robotics will lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across all company functions. This role involves building and managing a high-performing recruiting team and partnering with executive leadership to support the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes for Engineering, Operations, General and Administrative, Go-To-Market, and Executive roles. The director will hire, train, and inspire the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Additionally, the role involves developing innovative hiring methodologies, managing campus and diversity recruiting programs, and collaborating with business leaders to align hiring plans with company goals.

Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations, with at least 7 years in leadership roles managing teams and driving talent transformations. Proven ability to scale talent acquisition organizations in high-growth tech environments is essential. Experience in recruiting for engineering and operations roles, including hard-to-fill positions and non-exempt production workforce, is required. Hands-on experience leading executive searches and implementing talent technologies such as ATS, CRM, and assessment tools is also necessary.
