The Director of User Experience (UX) at Mammoth Brands will lead the development and execution of user-centric design strategies across the company's digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging customer experiences that align with business objectives. Mammoth Brands, formerly known as Harry’s Inc., is a modern consumer packaged goods company encompassing brands such as Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. The company is dedicated to innovation and improving people's lives by offering products that challenge the status quo.

In this position, the Director of UX will be responsible for developing and owning the UX vision, ensuring it aligns with the broader direct-to-consumer (DTC) roadmap and business goals. Key responsibilities include leading the evolution of scalable design systems, championing accessibility and inclusivity, and integrating UX considerations into product roadmaps from inception. The role also involves overseeing user research initiatives, synthesizing customer insights into actionable design strategies, and collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive and delightful user experiences across all platforms and devices.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of UX or product design experience, including at least three years in leadership roles managing design teams and shaping UX strategies. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work and the ability to craft user-centered, functional, and elegant experiences is essential. Expertise in creating and scaling design systems, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma are required. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a passion for mentoring and developing design talent.

Mammoth Brands offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, equity in the company, flexible time off and working hours, wellness and learning and development stipends, and generous parental leave policies. Additional perks include sabbatical opportunities after five, ten, and fifteen years of service, as well as fun in-person and virtual events such as happy hours and team-building activities. Employees also enjoy free products from all of the company's brands.

The company fosters a supportive and inclusive culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. With a commitment to making a positive impact, Mammoth Brands has donated over $20 million through its network of nonprofit partners to date. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced UX professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact.
