The District Manager In Training Bilingual Spanish position at PLS involves leading multiple financial service centers to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include maintaining exemplary customer service within the district, developing and executing plans to enhance store performance, and recruiting and motivating Store Managers. The role also involves ensuring compliance with cash security policies, analyzing financial statements to maximize sales, and conducting regular district reviews to uphold company standards.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to develop positive relationships with customers are essential. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current proof of insurance are required. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
