District Sales Manager - Gadget Insurance (Bali)

As a District Sales Manager for Gadget Insurance in Bali, you will be responsible for driving partner sales targets within your designated area. This role involves daily engagement with partners to ensure the effective implementation of sales programs and the achievement of sales objectives. You will be part of a dynamic team at a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia that simplifies the process of finding and applying for financial products online.

Your key responsibilities will include making five point-of-sale visits each day to monitor and support partner operations. You will coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues. Additionally, you will oversee the daily activities of field teams at partner locations and conduct both initial and refresher training sessions, either offline or online, to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in any field or have at least one year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry. A strong network within the retail industry is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high degree of mobility. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to foster and maintain positive relationships with client sales forces.
