Daily responsibilities include making five point-of-sale visits, ensuring the successful implementation of programs to meet sales objectives, coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues, monitoring daily activities of field teams, and conducting both initial and refresher training sessions with partners, either offline or online.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field or have at least one year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry. A strong network within the retail industry is essential. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, maintain a high degree of mobility, and establish and sustain good relationships with client sales forces.
