In this role, the District Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated area. Daily responsibilities include visiting merchants to ensure the effective implementation of promotional programs and the proper placement of point-of-purchase materials in stores. The manager will coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues, ensuring that the company's initiatives are effectively executed.
The position requires managing a team comprising approximately four Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters. The manager will monitor daily activities of the promoters, conduct field team training sessions, and provide refresher training to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and motivated. Additionally, the role involves monitoring first billing data by promoters and merchants to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Candidates should possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related role, preferably within sales in the financial services sector.
