District Sales Manager - Paylater (Purwokerto - Cilacap)

The District Sales Manager - Paylater (Purwokerto - Cilacap) is responsible for achieving sales targets within the designated area. This role involves daily visits to merchants, ensuring the effective implementation of programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues.

Key responsibilities include overseeing approximately four Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily activities, conducting field team training and refresher sessions, and ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores. Additionally, the manager is tasked with monitoring first billing data by promoters and merchants.

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field and have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales within financial services such as insurance or unit trusts. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities to manage teams and areas effectively, as well as excellent communication and marketing skills, particularly with social media.
