The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in any major and possesses a solid understanding of insurance principles and medical knowledge. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in systems, claim processes, insurance principles, and policy provisions. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure.
