You will handle and file confidential client information, investigate claims to determine the cause and extent of damages, and follow up rigorously to ensure timely agreement and settlement of claims. Additionally, you will conduct file reviews, audits, and quality checks to maintain adherence to established procedures and participate in various projects aimed at improving and streamlining the existing claims process.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in any major and possesses a solid understanding of insurance principles and medical knowledge. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in systems, claim processes, insurance principles, and policy provisions. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure.
