Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Enablement Director to join its Revenue team, reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations. Garner's mission is to transform the healthcare economy by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the necessary tools, messaging, and processes to drive revenue and customer success.

The Enablement Director will lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and onboarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams, aiming to minimize disruption while advancing organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing change management, rollout, training, and certification programs for new initiatives such as product launches and new tool introductions. The role also involves managing end-to-end onboarding processes, collaborating with various teams to align on training programs, and maintaining content across learning management systems and other repositories. Additionally, the director will define and track key performance indicators related to the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar go-to-market training functions at large organizations, or 5+ years in management consulting. A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a proven track record is required. Knowledge of B2B sales is essential, and experience in health insurance is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees considered a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations, a proactive approach, experience in rapidly evolving startup environments, and a commitment to a high-performing, mission-driven team.

The total compensation range for this position is $224,000 - $248,000. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health services.

Garner Health fosters a culture that values mission-driven work, expecting extraordinary results, courageous communication, and collective success. The company is committed to transforming the healthcare system and offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.
