Enterprise Account Executive - AMER
As an Enterprise Account Executive at ROLLER, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the enterprise market. ROLLER is a global software-as-a-service company dedicated to enhancing the operations of businesses in the leisure and attractions industry. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new enterprise-level customers while nurturing existing relationships to identify upselling opportunities. You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand the strategic needs of prospects and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the return on investment of ROLLER's solutions. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies and customer success initiatives.
The ideal candidate is based in Austin, Texas, and thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within a similar industry. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite are essential. Willingness to travel as needed and a team-oriented mindset are also important.
