The Enterprise Account Executive at Compass is a pivotal role within the Strategic Growth team, responsible for driving new revenue by attracting top-producing real estate agents to the company. This position is fully onsite, based in one of Compass's Philadelphia offices, with a significant portion of time dedicated to meeting clients and prospects in the field. Compass, founded in 2012, is revolutionizing the real estate industry by providing an end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Key responsibilities include effectively selling the Compass value proposition—which encompasses technology, marketing, culture, and growth opportunities—to top agents, persuading them to transition from their current brokerages. The role involves direct engagement with decision-makers, facilitating a streamlined sales process. Enterprise Account Executives are tasked with meeting quarterly quotas, measured by the Gross Commission Income (GCI) brought to Compass, with deal sizes ranging from $200,000 to over $3 million and an average closing time of approximately 30 days.

Candidates should possess a B.A. or B.S. degree and have at least five years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve complex problems independently are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to lead client meetings and presentations effectively. The role demands high organizational abilities, multitasking capabilities, and a proven track record of excellence in strategic and operational functions.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential bonuses between $30,000 and $60,000, and additional performance-based incentives.
