Enterprise Account Executive - EMEA
As an Enterprise Account Executive at ROLLER, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the enterprise market. Leveraging your extensive experience in SaaS sales, you will engage with high-value prospects, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives. This hybrid role, based in London, involves strategic input and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to deal closure and beyond.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new enterprise-level customers while nurturing existing relationships to identify upselling opportunities. You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully understand the strategic needs of prospects and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the ROI of ROLLER's solutions. Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, you will aim to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and customer success initiatives, maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
The ideal candidate is based in London and thrives in a hybrid work environment, adept at balancing in-person collaboration with remote tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within a similar industry. A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, strategic thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite are essential. Willingness to travel as needed and a team-oriented mindset are also important.
