Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Benelux
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, you will serve as the strategic partner for our highest-tier, most complex accounts in the Benelux market. This role involves becoming a trusted advisor, ensuring that Trustpilot's solutions are deeply integrated into the customer's long-term business strategy and digital ecosystem. Your mission is to drive product adoption, secure long-term retention, and translate complex business challenges into measurable product value.
Key responsibilities include leading post-sale alignment and executive onboarding for high-tier accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from new business acquisition to adoption. You will proactively translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives, demonstrating how Trustpilot influences every stage of the digital marketing funnel. Additionally, you will own the holistic health of your portfolio, designing bespoke success plans to mitigate churn risks and identify strategic growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch or Flemish and proficient in English, with strong experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or technology environment. A good understanding of the digital advertising or search marketing industry is preferred. You should have a solution-seeking mindset, strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels, and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed and seeing measurable business impact.
