Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Denmark
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, you will serve as the strategic partner for our highest-tier, most complex accounts in the Danish market. This role involves embedding Trustpilot's solutions into clients' long-term business strategies and digital ecosystems, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to fostering trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide.
Your primary responsibilities include leading executive onboarding for high-tier accounts, ensuring seamless transitions from new business acquisitions to adoption phases. You will translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives, demonstrating Trustpilot's impact across the digital marketing funnel. Maintaining customer health is crucial; proactively identifying risks and implementing recovery actions to achieve high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) is expected. Additionally, you will design bespoke success plans to mitigate churn risks and identify strategic growth opportunities, driving customer satisfaction and advocacy.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Danish and proficient in English, with substantial experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment. A solid understanding of the digital advertising and search marketing industry is preferred. You should have a proven track record of driving product adoption, enhancing customer satisfaction (NPS), and achieving retention results through strategic interventions. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels are essential, along with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to proactively optimize internal workflows.
